Restoration St. Louis Announces the Termination of the Contract with Hogan Brothers Construction, Reaffirms Commitment to Lake Worth Beach Project
September 16, 2026 | ST. LOUIS, MO / LAKE WORTH BEACH, FL — Restoration St. Louis announced today the termination of the construction contract between Gulfstream Owner, through assignment from Restoration St. Louis, with Hogan Brothers Construction for its ongoing development of the Gulfstream Hotel in the City of Lake Worth Beach. The termination follows persistent construction deficiencies and significant scheduling delays that failed to meet the developer's standards and timelines.
To ensure the project moves forward efficiently and to the highest standards, Restoration St. Louis is currently in advanced discussions with a prominent, highly respected local contractor that possesses a strong track record of success and a solid relationship with the City of Lake Worth Beach.
Restoration St. Louis remains fully dedicated to delivering this project to the community. The company has already taken proactive measures to secure all necessary materials, ensuring that final interior work can proceed rapidly once a new contractor takes over the site.
"We have promised to finish this project and despite the issues with the contractor we are still committed to finish this project," said Amy Gill, CEO of Restoration St. Louis. "All of our furniture and accessories are in a warehouse locally and just waiting for the project to be finished off."
Restoration St. Louis is working diligently to finalize the new agreement and expects to announce the new general contractor and an updated construction timeline in the coming weeks. The company extends its gratitude to the City of Lake Worth Beach and the local community for their continued patience and support as they work to bring this project to a successful completion.
