I had the honor of creating one of the most special wedding cakes I've ever made. This cake was designed and baked with love for my longtime amazing friend on her wedding day ❤️ She wanted a modern twist on the traditional white wedding cake... Her colors were classic black and white with a pop of red. The entire wedding had a vintage vibe and was perfectly timeless and elegant.

⚜️ The Enchanted Forest ⚜️

78 flowers... 15 hours... 3 flavors...

This cake was incredibly fun to build (might be my favoite one yet!) The enchanted forest design was created for a special quinceñera celebration where every detail was beautiful.

This cake was truly a showstopper. We decorated with live coral daisies, butterflies, edible moss, and enhanced the cake with colored spotlights. Buttercream frosting was carved into a textured white bark around all three tiers. Edible moss was packed around the base to give that forest floor effect. We made our moss with egg, honey, sugar, flour, and baking powder. Pop it in the microwave for a few seconds and a spongy cluster was born! Perfect for the theme.

One additional touch was added to this setup that we've never implemented before... we added a 𝘾𝙇𝙊𝙐𝘿! ☁️🤍 Every 10 minutes, a slow and steady water based cloud wrapped around the cake from behind and spilled onto the floor.

The best part of this order was getting an amazing text message the next day from my customer, who thoroghly loved the cake! It's so fulfilling knowing my customers truly adore their statement cakes 🥳
