Before a project ever makes it to the job site, it starts with listening, sketching, testing ideas, and asking a lot of questions.

So much of the design process happens behind the scenes—working through options, collaborating with clients and consultants, and refining ideas until they begin to feel right and workable. That time and care are what allow a project to move forward with clarity and purpose.

Architecture Week feels like a good moment to pause and acknowledge that part of the work—the thinking, collaboration, and intention that shape everything that comes next.

Exciting Progress at Greenfield Lancaster !

If you’ve visited Greenfield Lancaster lately, you may have noticed some activity in the area — new pathways being poured, site work underway, and a few pedestals now in place. 👀 It’s been exciting to watch the early stages of this project begin to take shape.

A shoutout to RGS Associates for the path and landscape design, and to High Concrete Group LLC for their craftsmanship in bringing this phase of the project to reality. Their work is setting the stage for what’s ahead.

While we’re keeping the final feature under wraps a bit longer, most of the work will be completed this summer, with the central element planned to be installed next spring.

We are pleased to announce the promotion of John Snavely, AIA to 𝐌𝐚𝐧𝐚𝐠𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐃𝐢𝐫𝐞𝐜𝐭𝐨𝐫.

John joined our team in 𝐀𝐩𝐫𝐢𝐥 2024 as Vice President of Architecture, bringing more than 15 years of experience in the architecture and construction industry. A Lancaster County native, John holds a 𝐁𝐚𝐜𝐡𝐞𝐥𝐨𝐫 𝐨𝐟 𝐀𝐫𝐜𝐡𝐢𝐭𝐞𝐜𝐭𝐮𝐫𝐞 from Roger Williams University and is a 𝐫𝐞𝐠𝐢𝐬𝐭𝐞𝐫𝐞𝐝 𝐚𝐫𝐜𝐡𝐢𝐭𝐞𝐜𝐭 𝐢𝐧 𝐀𝐫𝐢𝐳𝐨𝐧𝐚, 𝐏𝐞𝐧𝐧𝐬𝐲𝐥𝐯𝐚𝐧𝐢𝐚, 𝐌𝐚𝐫𝐲𝐥𝐚𝐧𝐝, 𝐃𝐞𝐥𝐚𝐰𝐚𝐫𝐞, 𝐖𝐞𝐬𝐭 𝐕𝐢𝐫𝐠𝐢𝐧𝐢𝐚, 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐎𝐡𝐢𝐨.
