First day of work at Cancun and loving the new location! Straight after hit the gym and pounded out a heavy chest day

Lost some strength being sick 3 days but got my dues paid, rent paid 😂😂 and 3 days away from completing my last days at polo towers… gonna miss my team and being on the strip but Cancun will be closer to home and a new journey that I cannot wait to begin!!!

Finally feeling better had to rip a massive shoulder and chest workout! Paid my dues now heading in to work!

Had a good pump from a doing nothing but biceps and triceps tonight! Back at the best gym in Kona always clean and it’s open late!! Not to mention it’s usually only got 3-5 people in there at a time.

Vegetarian Chili is tonight’s lean and green meal. Eating healthy doesn’t have to substitute taste just replacement of high fat ingredients with healthier and lean substitutes. Habits happen one day at a time. I’ve stopped drinking pre workout for two months now and I haven’t had the need to re introduce it into my workout routine. If I can do that this will be easy!
