Hi everyone. We have a pretty busy summer with renters and we're finding it difficult to find a good time for disassembly and removal of the set. For that reason, we're going to wait until early fall when it's not quite as busy. We'll reach back out to you then in the order of expressed interest in case you still want the playground. Happy and safe Memorial Day weekend everyone!

We are offering this playground set for free. Couple of things to keep in mind:

The new owner will disassemble and remove the unit on a day and time that works for both parties.

The unit will have to be disassembled and removed over a one or two day period, so it doesn't interfere with guests staying at the castle.

It's a short walk from the grass to the gravel area for a truck - maybe only 20 or so feet - no vehicles on the grass, please.

We want to share this super cool exhibit at the Peoria Riverfront Museum. Mike (co-owner of The Castle with Susan) is the CEO of Proto Hologram which will be used to exhibit historical leaders as part of America 250 exhibit at the museum.

I can't wait to check out The Promise of Liberty - the centerpiece of all of the museum’s semi-quincentennial activities, the one-of-a-kind, original exhibition entitled The Promise of Liberty will feature the most important historical American objects of art, science, history, and achievement ever to be assembled. The greatest collection of American historical documents is coming to the Peoria Riverfront Museum including the Declaration of Independence, Martin Luther King, Jr.’s I Have a Dream Speech, and more.

While you're in Peoria, be sure to stop by Analytical Brewing - Peoria location, just a .7 mile walk away along the riverfront.
