Well nearly two weeks have passed since we arrived in Lincoln Nebraska, following a exhausting 26 hour journey we arrived at the cornhusker Hotel, next few days of practice and we felt we were as prepared as anyone for the event
We then played to the best of our ability on very challenging conditions with various results, we were playing against many professional and or state sponsored teams, along with a few self funded people, overall we ended up mixing it with the sponsored teams and indeed won a medal at the event.
Everyone who traveled to Nebraska should be very proud of the commitment and skills shown, the players for the never ending beliefs that they could do better, playing every shot to the best of ability, and most of all for being a team that represented England with pride and passion, the families for there unique support and love, Andy Penny for his non stop faith and support for all the team, and for all the staff from Worldbowling and Sun Vally Lanes for all the hard work
