It's been a bit since I shared all the wonderful compliments that the guests have left about the Cozy Cape of CNY. I am so grateful for all of them and thankful that I took this leap.

I would love if my friends could take a few minutes to support this petition to shut down short term rentals in our area.

As many of you know last year I opened my own rental and it has been life changing for my kids and I. We have lived 15 years without support and finally I can have the extra not to have to pinch pennies all the time.

Additionally the families that have found my rental have been thankful it was there for them. I have had a family that stay 3 days a week for months while their daughter received treatment at the hospital. There was a family that rushed up here when their son was injured at SU and spent the week caring for him in my house. Families have enjoyed home cooked meals after months apart in my home.

Please take a few moments and support my family and all the others that have been a part of our lives at Cozy Cape of CNY.
