I am selling a tiny house on wheels that is on a 32’x8.5′ trailer. The exterior is fully complete with metal roof, Pella windows, LP Smartside board and batten siding with alabaster paint and tricorn black for an accent entry. All electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and gas pipe have been completed and inspected per ANSI 119.5, NFPA 1192, and NFPA 70 NEC through Pacific West Associates. It has 8 heavy duty leveling jacks, tankless water heater, RV water hookup, hot and cold exterior spigots, 50 amp RV plug, 12K BTU minisplit, dual 30lb propane tank holder with regulator and diverter. The interior is unfinished for your own personal touch and customization. The price includes finished drywall (not painted) so it just needs flooring, cabinets, trim, paint, appliances and fixtures. I’m also willing to finish it out for you, but the price will increase depending on what finishes you want. Full bathroom with toilet, vanity, shower, and washing machine hookup. R-20 insulation in the floor, R-19 closed cell spray foam in the walls, and R-30 closed cell spray foam in the ceiling. It has the ability for two sleeping areas. All appliances will come with (refrigerator, oven/propane cooktop, range hood, minisplit, shower, toilet, vanity sink).
