If you are looking for a safe and clean place to stay for a month or a few months contact Dave 3235424497. This home is located near DTLA and KTOWN area code 90015. This is a hostel so the room is not private it is shared. When renting you will have a bed with clean sheets, access to closet space, a locker to choose from, access to both bathrooms, kitchen, patio, and living area. Feel free to cook, watch tv, or use your computer. This is a drug free zone. 420 and light alcohol outside only. The price is $550 flat nothing more or less. The house is cleaned daily to prevent COVID-19. Please wear a mask when arriving.
There is a cleaner and cohost who live on the property as well. There are also female and male specific rooms.

Free Rent For Cleaner

My name is Dave. I manage a couple of hostels located between LA and Hollywood. I am offering a free bed in one of the hostels that you must clean. You are required to clean the house by 12 pm 5 days out of the week. You are also expected to post ads and check in guest that are sent to the home. If you book a guest you will be paid $50 This is a very easy gig. There is no salary. Feel free to have a life and enjoy the free rent just help maintain the home. I need someone who is responsible and knows how to maintain order. People of all ages and races book with us. I’m a busy man with lots to do so I need people who listen please. Also be able to MANAGE and CONTROL the house. That part is extremely important.

What I Require:
