The home features 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Two bedrooms offer queen sized beds, while the master has a California King and French doors leading to the pool. Just down the hall is the open floor plan living room & dining area off the kitchen. There’s a large sofa, arm chair and plenty of extra seating, and wifi and a large flat screen TV with cable service. The dining area features a table for 6, but we’re willing to bet most guests will opt to dine al fresco just outside at the glass top table on the pergola-covered patio. The remodeled kitchen has everything you’ll need, including coffee maker, toaster, blender, and plenty of pots & pans, dishes & drinking glasses. Laundry facilities are conveniently located in the garage. Guests may park up to 4 cars in the driveway & 4 additional vehicles on the street. THE LOCATION

The home is one block from supermarkets, pharmacy & fast food places. You’re an easy stroll, bike ride or quick drive to downtown Palm Springs where you can hit the multitude of restaurants, bars & quaint shops on Palm Canyon, or try your luck at the popular Spa Resort Casino. There’s plenty to do—from hiking trails & home tours to the Palm Springs Aerial Tramway, an unforgettable 2.5 mile ride up the San Jacinto Mountains in the world’s largest rotating tram car.
