Breezy Oak Villa gets a new(ish) entrance!
Breezy Oak Villa always needed an entrance befitting the great times and experiences that await our guests inside, and now she has one!
A beautiful tile medallion now greets guests at the front door of Breezy Oak Villa – something that has been in the works for many years now! (And the reason that ugly worn painted green concrete was left as is for so long... we needed a raw surface for the tile mastic to adhere to!)
The only problem with completing projects like this is Donna now gets after me for the other properties to have similar treatment too! The tile has been picked out for Happy Oak Villa, but Pleasant Oak Villa has a different, much larger area... we'll have to see about that one!

Happy Oak Villa is our Newest/3rd Property to join the Breezy Oak Villas Family!
This is life coming full circle! This home is the very first vacation rental that we ever saw or stayed in, way back in 2003. It was staying in this very property that got us started with our own Disney Florida Vacation Rental Ownership Journey. Having stayed in this home, we were able to purchase Breezy Oak Villa sight-unseen in 2009 because that home was the exact same model, by the same builder, as this one and just two doors away. We knew the street, we knew the area, we knew what the home was like.
Things kind of reversed themselves, when this home came up for sale in late 2021, and we purchased it without seeing it (again) either! We began renovations to make it suitable for rental in late 2022, and completed the project in January 2023. (But really... things are never completed at our properties! There are always more improvements being done!) Our first guests arrived February 1st, 2023 and it immediately became our most popular property!

Hello again Facebook! After a year's absence, BOV is back on Facebook. For some unknown reason, our account was inaccessible for most of the past year. But we've been just as busy (in fact more so) hosting guests in Central Florida from all over the world. If we missed a message from you, we apologize, but there was no way for us to respond (and of course, we weren't receiving alerts either). And then one day, just as suddenly as we couldn't login, we started receiving communications again and here we are. Happy summer!

The proof is in the renting! Just got another 5-Star Review from Joseph who stayed in June!

Robert was very nice and prompt about any issues that I had, house was wonderful; very roomy! Will definitely stay at this property again. Nice clean and very comfortable for a party of five. Pool was nice as well as the game room and location.

Butterflies!
When we choose plants for the Landscaping at Breezy Oak & Pleasant Oak Villas, if we can, we select those that will attract butterflies. It just provides a bit of special interest around the properties.
A special bonus is that they also attract hummingbirds, but they're small, and fly so fast you have to be quick to see them!
