I have a confession to make....

I didn't even plant flowers this year 🙈 I didn't even at our own house, I just don't know where this summer disappeared to!

But Either way, the backyard of Little Nest and Hillside House always are still an oasis, even if it's a little more barren this year 🙃😬

Maybe some pumpkins will make up for it?!? 🎃

This view will never get old 😍 We're already excited for our fall trip to Luray this year to soak up sunsets on this porch and happy hours watching the clouds change colors.

Today, we pause to remember the lives lost, the families forever changed, and the courage shown by so many on September 11, 2001.
