Looking for a cozy, convenient, and welcoming place to call home? Indigo House Alderwood is a sharehouse in Lynnwood WA that offers fully furnished rooms with all the essentials you need to settle in. Whether you’re a student, a young professional, or just looking for a great place to live, we’ve got you covered!
Room Options:
- Room 101: 130 sq. ft. (13 ft x 10 ft) – $900/month + utilities
- Room 102: 208 sq. ft. (13 ft x 16 ft) – $1100/month + utilities
- Room 103: 144 sq. ft. (12 ft x 12 ft) – $900/month + utilities
What’s Included:
- fully furnished rooms
- Free WiFi
- Weekly cleaning of shared spaces, including bathrooms
- Toilet paper and kitchen appliances provided
*Utilities (electricity + water) are not included, so you’ll only pay for what you use!
What We’re Looking For:
-Students: Please provide proof of enrollment.
- Non-students: Credit check required.
- Leasing Period: Minimum 9 months.
Pets negotiable.

We’re in a prime spot for students and commuters alike:
- 10 minutes driving to Lynnwood Transit Center, with access to the Lynnwood Zip shuttle (age 16 & under ride free, $2.50 fare).
- 3 minutes walking to Bus 112 station.
- 7 minutes driving to Alderwood Mall and shopping areas.
- Closest Supermarket: Fred Meyer (includes a pharmacy).
- 6 minutes driving to Edmonds Community College.
- 30 minutes driving to the University of Washington.

We know how tough moving can be, especially for international students, so we’re here to make your experience as smooth as possible. We also speak Spanish & Korean, making communication easy for everyone.
Our inspiration came from our daughter, who had an amazing experience living in a sharehouse during her studies in South Korea. We loved how that setup encouraged a sense of community and convenience, so we brought the idea to the Pacific Northwest!
