Strawberry season is in full swing in the Finger Lakes. Fields opening for pick-your-own is the quintessential first official summer activity in the region, and for good reason—there is no better strawberry than an upstate NY strawberry (ok, I might be a little biased here, but NY produce is what I missed most when living in Boston).

We turned our flat of sun-kissed strawberries into strawberry rhubarb jam, using rhubarb from our garden, strawberry sauce, and strawberry honey balsamic ice cream. Treat your tastebuds and join us at the breakfast table. And don't forget the evening ice cream (home made of course) from the ice cream freezer—you definitely won't find that in a hotel. 🍨🍓

Concert season is one of our favorite times of year in Canandaigua. With an incredible lineup at , there's no better excuse to escape for the weekend.

We personally kicked it off with and it was amazing! Perfect weather, perfect acoustics, and a performance that makes you love the artist even more.

July concert weekends are fully booked, but we've got room for August concerts. Spend your morning lingering over coffee on the veranda, stroll downtown, enjoy a leisurely lunch, take in a show under the stars, and cap it off with a midnight snack of house-made ice cream.

Because the best concert memories deserve an equally memorable stay. 🎶🍨

The weather is heating up in Canandaigua and that calls for ice cream 🍨! One of the perks of staying at the Guesthouse is our ice cream freezer filled with house-made ice creams. Perfect for those lazy days on the verdana or an after concert treat.
