Morning everybody, Frank here⭐️

No polished photos today, just a real look at what a job site actually looks like when we’re in the middle of it. Dust everywhere, tools scattered around, the crew grinding it out to get things done right. This is the part nobody usually sees, but it’s honestly my favorite part, watching the real work happen.

People see the before and after pictures and think it just magically transforms, but there’s a whole lot of sweat, planning, and hard work that goes into every single project in between. That’s what we’re proud of. Not just the finished product, but the process it takes to get there.
Now, as we head into this Labor Day weekend, I want to wish every single one of you a happy holiday. Take the time to relax, be with your family, and enjoy the extra day off, you’ve earned it⭐️

Woof! Marlie here! back with an update!🐾🦴🐾

So my humans have been super busy this week working on a project, and I gotta say, I supervised every single bit of it (very tiring work, lots of napping required in between inspections). But look at this progress! It’s really coming together and I’m honestly kind of proud, even though all I did was watch and occasionally get in the way.

This is the fun part for me, seeing something go from “hmm what’s happening here” to “wow that actually looks amazing.” My humans at Giovanni’s Custom Flooring and Renovations really know what they’re doing, even if they don’t let me help carry the tools.

Look at this beautiful LVP flooring Frank just finished installing! Every time he sends me photos from a fresh install, I can’t help but smile, there’s just something about watching a space come together like this.
Since so many of you have been asking us about caring for new floors, I wanted to share a quick tip this morning.

Once your new LVP flooring is in, a little care goes a long way in keeping it looking this good for years to come. Sweep or vacuum regularly to keep grit from scratching the surface, use furniture pads under heavy pieces, and steer clear of harsh cleaners, a simple damp mop with a manufacturer approved cleaner is usually all you need. And if you can, try to keep direct sunlight from beating down on one area for too long, it helps prevent fading over time.

Little habits like these really do protect your investment and keep your floors feeling brand new for a long time.
As we head into this weekend, I just want to wish all of you an amazing holiday weekend. Whatever you have planned, I hope it’s filled with rest, good food, and time with the people you love. ❤️

As we head into the weekend, I’ve been thinking about how easy it is to get caught up in the busyness of the week and forget to just be present with the people we love. This weekend, I got to spend some quality time with my son Ryan, and it reminded me how important these little moments really are.
Life moves fast! Between work, projects, and everything else pulling at our attention, it’s easy to let time slip by without really noticing it. But moments like these, just being together, no agenda, no rush, are the ones that matter most in the end.
However your week has gone, I hope you find some time this weekend to slow down with the people who mean the most to you. That’s really what it’s all about❤️

Ready for another great week at Mandy's? Here's what's happening this week.

This Tuesday, Girl Dinner is back all day, 11 am to 9 pm, and so is our All Day Happy Hour.

This Wednesday, Girl Dinner runs all day again, and Thompson Family Sourdough joins us from 5 to 7 pm.

This Thursday, we've got live music from 5 to 8 pm, with the talented James Speiser.

This weekend, Brunch is Saturday and Sunday, 9 am to 3 pm, and Sunday brings our all-day Mimosa & Sangria special.


Coffee, matcha, chai, and our Sparks energy refreshers are available all day during regular hours. Want to grab one to go? Just head to the bar or call ahead.
