This is an exciting NEW position for someone looking to enter or re-enter the field of hospitality! After restructuring our leadership team, we want to expand but we’re looking for just the right person. Experience directly in hotels is not required, just the right attitude for intense customer service work.
The incumbent needs to be a self-starter. You are walking into a job with a blank slate. Do you want to focus on operations, making sure guests get rooms at the time they want, that they have the amenities they need, and that the store is stocked?
Or do you want to focus on reservations? You’ll make sure every guest at all three properties has their information correctly processed, that our rewards signups are maximized, that our front desk agents have all the tools to treat every guest with the care and concern they deserve.
You’ll learn group sales, techniques for selling, organizing those groups, and how to find leads for future groups.
Most importantly, you’ll get to work with staff. You’ll learn how to get the most out of them by being a leader, not a boss.
