Meet our team!

Hello everyone 👋🏻 my name is Chelsea Dykema and I’m the Property Manager for UP Properties LLC.

I grew up in Manistee MI and made my way up to the U.P. when I was in high school, and graduated from Negaunee High School in 2008. I attended NMU but like most college students; I was unsure about what wanted to do with the rest of my life so I ran away to Disney World. Kind of. I was in the Disney College Program working at a few different places around the parks, meeting some wonderful people from all over the world, and taking classes about the company in marketing, business and customer service.

I have 17 years in the service industry in Marquette MI, so you have probably seen me around. Ive worked at the Vierling, known for their Blueberry Wheat beer and Fresh Lake Superior Whitefish and as the dental assistant at Negaunee Family Dentistry (I hope you’re remembering to floss).

I mostly work from home these days but if you see me out and about please stop me and say hi! I can answer all your questions about our Silo Cottages located across from the Marquette Golf Club and just off of the South NTN trails.
