T-ball season is underway at Whittlesey Lions Park! This year we have 6 teams with more than 75 kids hitting the field. We’re excited to see families out enjoying the outdoors while young players learn the game, build confidence, and have fun together. ⚾

And yes — golf is in full swing too! You can play 9 holes for just $8 or become a season member for only $80. It’s a great way to enjoy the course all summer long without breaking the bank. ⛳

⚾ Please remember to bring a glove and water. If you have a helmet, cleats and bat, bring those too. If you don't have them, they will be provided.

Today was our annual gift giving to local nursing homes and assisted livings. Santa, elves and helpers had a great time spreading Christmas cheer!

Good afternoon everyone,
This coming season will be a change for the Whittlesey Lions. Due to low numbers across the board with softball and baseball we have been asked and agreed to partner with the Medford Little League. What that means is that Whittlesey Lions will no longer have dedicated teams (except tee-ball) up at the ballpark but will host practices and games throughout the week for the Medford Little League.

We encourage all of our members to sign up through the Medford Little League sign up link when it occurs in January through March. Please note they have already posted travel ball sign ups for next year. The travel ball sign up does close in November. Please see their website for more details on travel ball.

We still will host tee-ball on Monday nights at the Whittlesey ballpark, no change for that. Our sign up for tee-ball will also occur in January.

There will be a scholarship program through Whittlesey for those who request assistance to help with paying the sign up fee for the Medford Little League.

This has been a difficult decision for the Whittlesey Lions board. We hope to see you in the future playing on our diamonds with the Medford Little League.

Medford Cooperative recently presented a donation of $4,500 to help support the Whittlesey Lions with the purchase of new bleachers. In addition to the Cooperative’s $4,500 donation, the Whittlesey Lions were the recipient of a matching grant through the Sharing Success program with CoBank.
“The Whittlesey Lions support and promote so many initiatives in our community and we are proud to support them in their mission.” said Erin Peterson, Medford Cooperative’s General Manager/CEO. “The Whittlesey Lions Park is a truly fantastic facility that is made possible by the volunteer efforts and caring of this great group. If you haven’t been to take in a Little League game or golfed a round on the course with your family, I strongly suggest you do!”

Thank you Medford Cooperative for the Pride Pump donation to Whittlesey Wisconsin Lions Park!

The Whittlesey Wisconsin Lions Park was the May 2025 recipient of our Medford Cooperative Pride Pump funds from our Medford Cenex location. Customers pumped over 25,100 gallons of gas at the pump and 3 cents per gallon is donated. Erin Peterson, General Manager/CEO, proudly presented a group of representatives with a check for $753.60 during their Monday night ball games. Thank you to our customers and community for supporting!
