Ambrose Smith is SAHMA Maintenance Person of the Year!

Ambrose has been awarded the honor of Maintenance Person of the Year for 2026 by the Southeastern Affordable Housing Management Association. This award is part of SAHMA’s Excellence Program and honors on-site staff for things done on a daily basis at their community that contributes to providing excellent, affordable housing.

Ambrose currently serves as a Maintenance Technician at St. Mary Manor in Jackson, TN.
