Anti-virus detox broth. I save the odd bits and scraps of veggies, herbs, garlic, turmeric, onions etc that I cook with on the daily. I store them in the freezer in an old spinach tub. When the tub is full, I dump them in a pot, add water, a bunch of cloves, fresh rosemary and thyme, a bulb of garlic, burdock root, and black radish. If you have chaga mushrooms add those too. Use your intuition and add whatever is calling you. Dandelion greens are your friends. Bring to a boil, turn down low, and cover the pot so that the oils stay in the broth. Drink it straight or use it in all of those bean stews you are cooking.

This is how I've been making my own hand sanitizer that I carry with me when I travel out of isolation. Fill a small spray bottle with mostly Isopropyl alcohol, a thimble full of hydrogen peroxide, some witch hazel (which is antiviral), grapefruit seed extract (which is anti-everything), tea tree oil, thyme, rosemary, and lemon. The nice thing about the Thayer's witch hazel is that it has glycerin and rose water to keep the hands soft and moist.
