He and his family purchased and successfully ran the Rivera Hotel in Colorado, where they not only provided exceptional hospitality but also became integral members of their local community. The hotel stood as a testament to Steven's dedication, hard work, and his ability to transition seamlessly from military life to entrepreneurship. After the sale of the Rivera Hotel, Steven relocated to Boise, Idaho, where he found joy in witnessing his children blossom into families of their own. Amidst the picturesque landscapes of Idaho, he cherishes moments with his three grandchildren, relishing the quieter yet fulfilling pace of retired life.
