The space:
This condo boasts 3 large screen smart TVs, an open floor plan and plenty of natural light. Its corner location affords it privacy and convenient access.
Up to 4 electric bikes available for an additional charge. Our organic bamboo bed sheets are crafted from the finest 100% viscose from organic bamboo which is one of the planet's most resource-efficient materials. Our sheets have a luxuriously soft and silky smooth sateen weave with temperature regulating properties that keep you comfortable all night long. Other luxury bedding includes down comforters, ultra-soft velvet comforters, lightweight soft quilted coverlets, plush blankets and luxe faux fur and knit throws.
Explore endless adventures nearby—world-class skiing, golfing, hiking, biking and off-road trails are just minutes away. Spend your days boating at Deer Creek Reservoir, savoring local flavors at Heber Valley Artisan Cheese, soaking in the Homestead Crater geothermal hot springs, or honoring history at Memorial Hill just behind the home. Guest access:
Upon request you may also have access to our exterior storage room to store your skis, golf clubs or other sports equipment. We also have four electric bikes for additional rent in the storage room. There are 2 assigned covered parking space and ample open parking spaces. Entire condo available for guests with the exception of the locked pantry.
Other things to note:
Because we are centrally located on Main St., we have provided a sound machine (white noise) for anyone that is bothered by the road noise. Please also note that stairs are required to access the home. Strict no smoking, no pet policy - fines will be incurred if broken.
