Great news! Our office phones and computers are back up. We will run any MH checks received and cc payments tomorrow. If you get an email about your payment being late or a late fee and have paid, don’t fret, we will reverse any late charges for you.

RV electric should post on the portal by June 15th. Please remember this is for April and May electric. For tiny homes, it’s for the winter and April/ May. Anyone whose bill is over $300 may spread payments into two payments.
