Vacation in a glass? Great idea!!
I had a fabulous lunch yesterday. 🙌 If you're not familiar with this place, it's located inside the InterContinental Minneapolis - St. Paul Airport hotel. 🏙 I ordered the pastrami sandwich + Flamingo cocktail. The pastrami sandwich was made perfectly with buttered marble rye bread, thinly shaved slices of pastrami, swiss cheese, slaw and pickles.🥪 The Flamingo cocktail had rum,
papaya, homemade grenadine made from pomegranate, coconut water and a splash of soda water. 🍹I felt like I was on vacation sipping on that drink! 🏝

It's a of epic proportions this weekend! First up, a little something different for the New York Giants, The Daniel Jones Locker! A chicken parmesan hoagie smothered in parmesan and marinara. For the Minnesota Vikings, the Captain Kirk! A burger topped with fried Spam, pineapple, onions and pepperjack cheese.

We're counting down the minutes until the big game on Sunday! It's the Minnesota Vikings vs. Green Bay Packers and our is ON!!!
First up, for the Vikings, the "Can you Diggs it? Burger." A Summit Beer-infused Juicy Lucy stuffed with bleu and American cheeses, topped with bacon and cranberry mustard mayo. Yum!
For the Packers, the "Do it for the Graham Cheddar Beer Brat burger." Beer mustard, minced yellow onion, and Wisconsin cheese curds! Both burgers will be available for the game and all week long! Come and watch the game with us and get 2 hours of complimentary parking in the ramp next to our hotel. Pick up a voucher at the front desk!

Thanks, Tasha! We hope you get a chance to try out the TSA entrance on the 3rd floor of InterContinental Minneapolis - St. Paul Airport. It's open mornings from 5:15am-10am for those with carry-on luggage only. You don't even have to be a guest of the hotel to use it! See you next time!

I’m happy Bradstreet Crafthouse found a new home. Their burger kicks ass, and they make it easy to dine here for those of us not staying near the airport or on our way out of town, with their free parking validation. Now I just have to figure out the hotel’s airport security entrance and I’ll be poised for victory next time I’m airplane bound.
