You could drive past this Pinehurst home a hundred times and never guess what's inside. 👀

Built in 1919, Thistle Dhu has one of the coolest stories in North Carolina. Its backyard was home to America's first 18-hole miniature golf course!

Today, the 10,450 sq ft estate sleeps 14 and has a few surprises of its own.

We're talking a hidden speakeasy, private movie theater, pool table, beautiful gardens, and even a confession room.

Dylan and I have been best friends since religion class at UNCW. Now he's joining us as Head of Business Development, bringing years of enterprise sales experience from Cisco and LogicMonitor.
Tori is the creative designer behind The Laddie Shack. It's the #3 vacation rental in Pinehurst and has already earned $200K+ in 2026. Dylan and Tori live in Wrightsville Beach and know our beach markets as well as anyone, and they'll bring that same magic to our homes.

A weekend in New Bern sounds pretty good right about now! ☀️

This 3 bedroom home is just 5 minutes from downtown, so you're close to the restaurants, shops, and waterfront without being right in the middle of everything.

And when you're ready to head back, there's a private backyard with co****le, a firepit, a grill, and plenty of outdoor seating.

Meet the Team: Sierra Reilly, Broker in Charge & Head of Design 🏡

If you've stayed at an NC Stays property, you've probably seen Sierra's work without even knowing it.

Sierra oversees the brokerage side of NC Stays and has a hand in designing the homes our guests enjoy. She's all about creating spaces that people actually want to spend time in, whether that's around the dinner table, out by the fire pit, or just enjoying a slow morning.

Outside of work, Sierra is a marathon runner, loves traveling, and stays busy raising three kids with Mike. ❤️

Tryon’s Corner sits right across from Tryon Palace, just a short walk from downtown New Bern’s shops, restaurants, and waterfront.

This 3-bedroom home sleeps 8 and has all the extras, including a coffee bar, workout space, and private patio with a grill.
