D3 / T&G RV PARK Terms/Conditions & Rules
PAYMENT & DUE DATE – Payment is due at the time of rental.
* Monthly and Yearly guests will reimburse us for your electric usage. Meter reading will be taken from the day you hook up and then again at the end of the billing cycle (weekly or monthly) during your term. You will be responsible for your actual usage, and that payment will be due immediately.
OCCUPANCY LIMITATIONS
* 2 Adult Limit
Long term occupancy (monthly/yearly) will have a background check. A copy of your Driver’s License or government photo/ID and information at the bottom of form must be given for your background check. Lessee will be charged for the fees of the background check.
PETS
* Pets must be on a leash while on the grounds or you may place them in a fenced area in your site (unleashed) but not unattended.
* Owners must clean up after their pets.
* Pets left outside must not be left unattended at any time.
* Excessive barking will be addressed and can cause termination of our agreement without a refund.
* You will be responsible for any damage caused by your pets.
* NO AGGRESSIVE BREED DOGS ARE ALLOWED IN THE PARK.
* 2 pet limit and must be under 16 lb's.
NOISE - QUIET TIME: 10 PM – 7 AM.
* In order to assure the comfort of all residents, radios, TV's, instruments, etc. must remain within reasonable limits.
* There shall be no loud offensive parties.
* Any noise that can be heard from another unit is considered a disturbance and may be cited / and or evicted.
DRUGS-
* Illegal drugs of any form are prohibited on the property of D3 and/or T&G RV Park. Person(s) caught in violation of this rule are subject to immediate eviction without a refund. Person (s) knowing of any illegal activity are encouraged to notify the management immediately. Any information reported will be strictly confidential.
VEHICLE/PARKING -
* You may park up to 2 of your vehicles in your RV site.
* You must park your vehicle/trailer (utility, boat, Jet Ski, ATV etc.) in your designated RV site.
* Do not occupy another RV site with your vehicle/trailer.
* Parking arrangements or locations may be changed upon approval.
* Keeping your RV clean and in good repair is required.
* No motorized equipment (Carts, Scooters, ATV, UTV, etc.) are to be ridden on the property. Motorized equipment is not prohibited for handicapped purposes.
RENTAL SITE -
* The rental site must be very well maintained (No clutter and/or trash).
* NO LITTERING: Dispose of bagged trash in Garbage bin.
* No Fireworks
* Grilling / Fire pits must always be attended.
*NOTE*
D3 and/or T&G RV Park LLC. reserves the right to terminate this agreement at the discretion of the management, without refund for violating any of the above rules / and policies.
I agree to the park rules and policies will apply not only to you but to any of the guests that may visit the premises for the duration of our/my stay.
It is understood that D3 and/or T&G Mini RV Park assumes NO responsibility whatever for private property left in the RV park or any other area of the park, and that you expressly release us (D3 and/or T&G RV Park) and discharged from any and all liability for any loss, injury or damages to persons or property which may be sustained during the term of this agreement.
