Just a quick note to all you photographers out there that there is a photo scam going on that looks very legit. I was offered a one-day photoshoot with a budget of $11,000. My rate was going to be $3,500. and I would pay all the provided talent on the shoot day. I was given a contract that looked good for rights, usage, and deliverables. ITs was to photograph fashion talent in street locations. When I suggested that I could arrange my own team of talent to do the shoot. They said maybe in the future I could use my own team, but the first time I would have to go through the agency that they work with. This is a straight check scheme!!, they mail you the check for the all but your fee upfront you pay everyone and then the check doesn't clear the bank, 45 days later. Don't fall for this Luckily I did not fall for this, but given these lean times, it was a very convincing prospect.

I called the SBA administration yesterday to check on my Disaster Loan Application. I was caller 2,245 on hold to speak with an agent. IT took 44 minutes and I did talk to a human. While waiting I tuned into a re-broadcast of the Game #2 Twins World Series at the Metrodome. Seeing the Metrodome 's fake grass is worth it.

If any of you have applied for the SBA loans, they are still processing the end of March and you won't hear anything until the applications get into the system. They were able to confirm my applications were in the system from the confirmation number you get at the end of filing the application.

I've also filed for the PPP program and do have some information about that too
