Throughout your entire life, people will try to convince you that something you love is stupid or a waste of time or somehow ā€˜beneath youā€™. Itā€™s important that you learn not to try to prove them wrong (even though, in theory, that would feel really goodā€¦but itā€™s a trap!!!!). Just continue to enjoy it.šŸ«¶
