We are looking for thorough Housekeeping Supervisors to lead our team of housekeepers and ensure we provide excellent customer service to all guests. While positions do start out as seasonal, there are multiple opportunities to move into a permanent position and grow within your role.
Responsibilities
- Train housekeepers on cleaning and maintenance tasks
- Oversee housekeeping staff on a daily basis
- Check rooms and common areas including stairways and hallways for cleanliness
- Educate staff on cleanliness, tidiness, and hygiene standards
- Motivate team members and resolve any issues that occur on the job
- Respond to customer complaints and special requests
- Monitor and replenish cleaning products stock
- Participate in large cleaning projects as required
- Ensure compliance with safety and sanitation policies in all areas
Skills
- Prior work experience as a housekeeper or similar role
- Excellent organizational and team management skills
- Flexibility to work various shifts including weekends
- High school diploma is a plus
Job Type: Seasonal (3 to 6 months with potential full-time at the end of the season)
Pay: DOE (depends on experience)
Schedule: Day Shift, Weekend Availability, Potential Overtime
