SPRING HAS SPRUNG!!!

I know all of our snowbirds are planning their return to the Great White North!

This year we are offering our temporary residents property services at rock bottom rates.

We will come to your Florida home and check on its security and well being. Here is a partial list of what our service includes:

-Visual inspection of exterior of home and property.

-physical check of all windows and doors for security

-flush all water sources

-Visual inspection of refrigerator(s)/freezers

-check breaker panel

We will meet with you personally and discuss the specific needs of your vacation paradise.

Other services are available from complete property management (including arranging and monitoring service calls)to servicing or monitoring water levels on the pool.

We can even have it professionally cleaned and sanitized for your return by utilizing our in house cleaners ( Leapin’ Lily’s Cleaning Service) so there will be no dead bug carcasses or dust bunnies running around upon your return.
