Today, we are especially grateful for our incredible community and the first responders who are always ready to step in when they are needed most.
We would like to extend our heartfelt thanks to the New Smyrna Beach Fire Department and New Smyrna Beach Police Department for their quick response and assistance following a structural incident at one of our managed rental homes.
Most importantly, we are beyond thankful that our guests were not injured. Their safety and security will always be our highest priority. As soon as the situation occurred and Great Ocean Condos was notified, our team immediately stepped in to relocate our guests and ensure they had a safe and comfortable place to continue their stay.
Our management team has been on-site assessing the damage and working closely with the property owner as we navigate the next steps together.
Moments like these are a reminder that property management is about so much more than managing a home. It is about being there when the unexpected happens. It is about answering the phone, taking action, finding solutions, and supporting the people who are depending on you during uncertain times.
