Little Red Wagon Farm

Little Red Wagon Farm Welcome to Little Red Wagon Farm - where memories take root... Welcome to Little Red Wagon Farm! Mike and Abby Gross
Proprietors

We are a family-owned Christmas tree farm nestled in the Lehigh Valley. Although we both have "day jobs," Mike always had a dream of owning an operating a cut-your-own tree farm. Growing up, he spent many summers working on a tree farm and loved the happiness that it brought to the families that came back each year. We started planting seedlings in 2019 - each one going into the soil by hand. As M

ike pulled our boys' Radio Flyer wagon behind, the Little Red Wagon farm organically found its name. We source our seedlings from a variety of specialized nurseries and have our soil tested annually to make sure we are growing some of the best trees Pennsylvania has to offer. We proudly grow:
~ Douglas Fir
~ Frasier Fir
~ Caanan
~ Turkish Fir - the rarest Fir in North America

We hope to become one of your favorite holiday traditions and look forward to having you as a guest!

A rainy day turned golden. Jarred 50 pounds of raw honey. And more on the way… 🍯 🐝

The tractor may be sexy, but let’s be honest: it’s also the farmer behind that steering wheel 😍

Before… and after! The bilco doors were in rough shape… so we decided to ✨upgrade✨

(Bilco doors are named after The BILCO Company, an acronym-based manufacturer famous for inventing the pre-fabricated metal basement hatchway. The name is derived from the company’s original moniker, Builders Iron Company, founded by George W. Lyons in 1926.Just like “Kleenex” or “Dumpster,” the term became a generic eponym. People frequently call any sloping, metal exterior basement stairwell door a “Bilco door,” even if it was made by a different manufacturer.)

The projects on the farm are never-ending. Like… never.

This week we installed some new windows in the detached garage, using some old barn wood for the trim. 🪟 🪟

While this may be a minor detail, we believe it is the details that matter. 🏡🥰

When a Muscovy duck wags its tail, it is primarily a sign of happiness, excitement or contentment, acting similarly to a dog's tail wag.

We brought home a new duck last week, and this was their first meeting! 🪿💞🪿
