Wanted everyone to know that I have opened Cozy Retreat #3, which is the Motor Home. Please check it out at Airbnb New Paltz, Cozy Retreat #3.

Because of Covid 19 the rooms in my home #1 and #2 are on “Snooze”.

In the future I hope we can open up the rooms and my home again, But for now Safety must take precedent over my wishes to have guests return to my home. I do miss my Airbnb guests but hope someday soon I will be seeing them again.

Meantime I welcome all to Cozy Retreat #3 our very private Motor Home, on our property. Be assured I still maintain a Super Host recognition and also An Enhanced Cleaning status.

Just want you all to know that the Motor Home #3 will be open in June and the two rooms in the house #1 and #2 will be open in July. I already have two bookings for July. Hope to see you when all is well for traveling. Josie

We are coming to the end of May. I have had May blocked because of Covid19. I still don’t feel comfortable having guests in my home but will open the Motor Home for guests starting in June. I hope and pray all are well. Regards Josie

My previous post announced that I was closing my listings for March and April. I now find it necessary for all concerned to keep it closed for May as well. This too shall pass. Be well and take care of yourselves and your families. Josie

Sorry to say, that because of the caronavirus we are staying in and staying safe. Therefore, I am not accepting guests for March and April. Hopefully things will improve and I will be able to accept guests for May. I miss my Airbnb family of guests and wish you all well.. Please stay safe and healthy taking all the necessary precautions. Hope to see you in the future. REMEMBER THIS TOO SHALL PASS!!
