Muchas personas recorren la obra y solo ven cemento sin terminar… polvo… y construcción.

Yo no. Yo veo texturas. Veo el trabajo de muchas manos.

Veo miles de pequeñas decisiones que, poco a poco, están dando vida a algo muy especial.

Cada superficie cuenta parte de la historia.

Algunos ven caos.

Yo veo arte.

Koko Cliffs started with a simple idea.

Carved by nature.
Refined by intention.

That’s why we chose the cliffs of Quebradillas. The raw coastline, the constant breeze, the way the ocean stretches endlessly in front of you… it’s something you feel the moment you arrive.

We’re currently in the building phase, and it’s starting to feel real.

We’re building two pool homes, side by side — designed for to rent separately or together.
Each homes have 5 bedrooms and 7 bathrooms.
All with ocean view!

Our goal is to open in October 2026, just in time for the holidays and winter season.

We are excited to share the journey with you.
