I’m so excited to jump right into Day 2 session this afternoon❗️Before I get there, I want to share 3 tips with you on how to be an effective zoom facilitator.

🌸Tip 1: Actively Listen | You must listen and focus while the presenter(s) and guests are speaking to ensure you are following the zoom facilitator guide. This will let you know when your presenter(s) wants a handout for their guests or if they would like their guests to be sent into breakout rooms, etc.❗️

🌸Tip 2: Be Aware | There will be many moving parts happening at the same time that needs YOUR attention. (The chat box, conversations w/ the presenter(s) behind the scenes, waiting room, preparation of handout for distribution to guest etc.) It’s important to be on top of it all.

Tip 3: Always Communicate | Everyone wants to always be on the same page: Presenter(s), Guests. It’s better to overly communicate than to have less communication. This ensures smooth transitions.

✨Active listening, awareness, and communication are all happening at the same time. Do you want to present and zoom facilitate at the same time? 👎🏾Why should you?When so much goes into presenting in itself!
