Half the trips worth taking start as the wrong week.

There’s a two-story greenhouse inside this house, and it’s alive.

Drop CASTLE and I’ll send the link.
They call Fort Lauderdale the Venice of America because about 165 miles of canals run through the city, and this villa sits on one of them.

The Modern Castle is three floors of waterfront tied together by a glass elevator: eight bedrooms, a wet bar with a piano, a rooftop terrace, a heated pool, and a 100-foot dock out back for whoever’s up before the rest of the group. The greenhouse is incredible— two stories, and it’s real! There’s a sign asking you not to pick the flowers.

5.0 across 29 reviews, which for a house that sleeps 20 is the part worth pausing on. Booked direct through Savvy it’s $20,605 instead of $24,670 on Airbnb. Same villa, same dates, $4,065 less, no markup.

Bike to Rosemary, sleep in Inlet Beach and pocket $673. The easiest way to understand the east end of 30A is to get on a bike.

Drop BIKES to view this stay.

This house hands you four of them a block from the sand, and from there the towns line up: quiet Inlet Beach as home base, Rosemary’s European cobblestones a few minutes west, Alys and its all-white streets a little past that.

Four bedrooms, room for twelve, a pool for when the beach has had its way with everyone.

Same week here runs $673 under Airbnb and you pocket the difference.

Summer in Miramar Beach has a texture to it. The Gulf turns that flat, impossible green by mid-morning, the quartz sand stays cool enough to cross barefoot even in July, and the light hangs on until almost eight, so the days feel dreamy. This house sits right on it!

Ten bedrooms across three floors, which is the whole point, because it's the rare summer where the entire group is under one roof instead of split between two rentals texting about which house has the good coffee. A six-passenger golf cart for the people who refuse to walk back for sunscreen, beach chair service so no one's dragging an umbrella across the sand, a private pool and a hot tub and a pool table downstairs for whoever taps out early. Steps from the water, and most nights the view wins the argument about whether to leave at all.

The average Savvy booking near Miramar Beach saves $821 over the same listing on Airbnb. This one saves $5,354. Same house, same dates, no markup.

There's not much of this summer left, and what's open won't sit long ... next summer is the smart play if you plan ahead. Comment BLISS for the link.

There's a moment on every Fredericksburg wine weekend where the tasting room stops being the highlight and the rest of the day belongs in a hot tub. Helene Haus has a 10-person one, plus a heated pool, in a fenced 1/3-acre yard two blocks from Main Street with the wineries 1.5 miles away.

Sleeps 10. 4.97 stars across 101 reviews. $599 less than Airbnb.

Four bedrooms, four bathrooms. That's the bathroom-to-bedroom ratio group trips only dream about. It walks to Venice Beach, sleeps eight, and has a rooftop with a sauna and ice bath pointed at the ocean. The whole thing runs $714 less than the same booking on Airbnb, no markup.
Drop VENICE for the link.

Southern Living calls Jones Street the most beautiful in America. Oak trees, brick pavers, ironwork balconies and the whole Spanish moss situation.

The street is only half the story.
Every house on it is hiding a courtyard behind it.

Some are walled gardens. Some are quiet brick patios with a fountain. This one happens to be a Mediterranean plunge pool with checkered tile and a cabana, eight minutes from Forsyth Park. Morning coffee at the iron table. Last swim of the night under the lanterns.

The front looks like 1860s Savannah, but the back looks like the south of France.

The street's been famous since the 1850s. The courtyards behind it are a lovely little secret.

Just another historic hidden gem.
Drop SECRET for the details.
