Rock is dead? | John Varvatos Fashion Show F/W 2016

The acclaimed fashion designer John Varvatos with Global Luxury Brand Ambassador Pritan Ambroase posing for cameras on the main stage at the ROCK IS DEAD? fashion show.

We questioned Ambassador Ambroase if Rock is really dead as displayed by the show, and the ambassador commented, "Rock is never dead, we define this generation so we will continue to keep rock alive. This is one of the best shows of the season. John is a complete genius. He is one of the greatest designers in the world. Hanging out with John is always a pleasure. The funny coincidence is that in 2011, I was an Italian brand's campaign model and on the cover of a magazine's feature which was titled "Rock and Roll is still alive". So that's a pretty neat coincidence. The question of this show is "Rock is dead?" but John and I both agree LONG LIVE ROCK as plastered on the main stage."

John Varvatos continues to define generations as fashion icons, Hollywood leading men and women, along with royalty continue to celebrate his designs.

It is Feb 2nd and Day 2 of New York Fashion Week Men's and the beautiful city is still abuzz with its beautiful people.

This is Ambassador Pritan Ambroase's 2nd day at Men's Fashion week and he was seen seated at front row as guest of honor at the General Idea Fashion Show.

After the show, ambassador Ambroase and General Idea designer Bum-Suk were seen posing for photographers backstage while having a fun chat with each other about the success of the show.

When asked about his advice for people who value luxury and style, Ambassador Ambroase said, "Firstly, I would love for everyone to understand the true meaning of luxury, which is slightly different from material wants. To me luxury means something else, to me luxury is being able to have courage and take action in what you believe in. To me, courage is the most attractive quality. Courage = S*x Appeal. Luxury is also being the best while also accepting only the best from everyone in your life and everything in your life. Style is timeless, I make my own style, I don't know fashion, hence why I admire fashion labels like General Idea and its designer Bun-Suk. (Smiles) I hope I have given you answers for both luxury and style."

New York Fashion Week Men's F/W 2016 began today. The city is abuzz with beautiful people from all over the world showcasing the best in looks, attire and attitude. Global Luxury Brand Ambassador Pritan Ambroase made an appearance at the Concept Korea Menswear Runway Show, where celebrated designers Hyeong-cheol Jang and Dong-Jun Kang showcased their Fall/Winter 2016 collections for Ordinary People and DBYD respectively. As the cameras and paparazzi shutterbugs went amock taking photos of Ambassador Ambroase with designers Jang and Kang, when questioned on his thoughts on the first show of the season, Ambassador Ambroase commented, "Extremely pleased with the collections and congrats to both Jang who designed Ordinary People's collection and Kang who designed DBYD's collection have done a great job. An extremely pleasing show. Like I always say, I know nothing about fashion but I do have my own sense of style, my personal style is more classic which is a far cry from the styles of the designers today, but I can say that both their collections are extremely new, cool and sharp, and it is going to find a great place in the market because this is what fashion is about. Thank you to Kang and Jang for inviting me backstage to hang out with them after the show. The world has loved K-Pop, K-TV shows, I guess it is now time for the world to appreciate K-fashion. It's always nice to hang out with nice and relaxed people in the fashion industry, Dang and Jang have earned my respect for both their collections and their attitude." After their photos together, we got to talk to the designers, Ordinary People's designer Jang mentioned, "We are a long way from home, and it feels so good to be appreciated, I guess fashion binds us. Thank you to New York and it's beautiful people." DBYD's designer was full of smiles as he commented, "Thank you to Mr Ambroase for coming to our show and for his compliments. Such beautiful people in this city. We have loved our time here".

As this is only the 2nd Men's Fashion Week in New York, we asked Mr Ambroase what his thoughts are on the progress. "I was in Germany with my family member during last year's Men's Fashion Week so I did not come to the one last year, but from what I can see, it's a job done perfectly, looking forward to more tomorrow".

From what it looks like, this is just the beginning, New York Fashion Week Men's 2016 is in full swing.
