Thursday – Throat Chakra
Located in the throat area and governs the thyroid and parathyroid glands.

Work and school involves a lot of communication. So this is a good day to work on any issues connected with and around
communication. Release what you cannot say or give a voice to the things that you should say.

Objective: Grounding and centering your energy by focusing on the Throat chakra.

Today count your blessings. Journal or write 5 things down, that you have gratitude for.
