An unforgettable Bat Mitzvah at Bacchanalia for FC - a truly unique venue that set the tone for the entire evening. A Greek-inspired menu brought the space to life, while an incredible personalised balcony DJ booth fronted by an all-female band kept the energy going all night long.

Skai ShopAble in the Park, London

A brief that started as an idea and turned into a full day out; from planning through to delivery, we were behind every part of this one - working with Skai to bring ShopAble to Shoreditch Gardens.

Swipe through for a look at the day: a round of golf on the green, a humanoid robot interacting with the crowd, an LED-lit marquee, and live entertainment that carried the energy from breakfast to happy hour!

The events industry can sometimes feel a little like
“fast fashion”—we create beautiful, bespoke pieces for a one-off event, only for them to never be used again.

At Ruby J, we’re always looking for ways to avoid this wherever possible. Whether that means recycling materials, donating pieces to local facilities, or finding creative ways to give existing items a new life, we endeavour to make environmentally conscious choices wherever we can.

Sometimes, that looks like reimagining the same piece over two years (and counting!), transforming it each time to give it a fresh new feel while creating something unique for each of our clients’ events.

For 3 years, we’ve been proud to work with Skai on both sides of the pond - producing ShopAble in the US and bringing that same partnership to London.
Different city, different energy, but one relationship at the core of it all.

For London, we took the brief and made it festival-led - golf on the green, a humanoid robot roaming the crowd, an LED screen lighting up the marquee, and speakers and entertainment that kept the energy high from first swing to last presentation.

Let’s run it back!

There’s nothing quite like the FIFA World Cup—the pinnacle of football and one of the biggest sporting events on the planet.

Our objective was to design a welcoming hospitality lounge that celebrates the global community of football—a space where guests could connect, fuel up before the match, and come together afterwards to relive the action.

Anchoring the experience was a custom, larger-than-life entrance sculpture that became the defining feature of the space. Much like the World Cup itself, it captured attention from the moment guests arrived, creating a bold first impression worthy of an event that unites billions across the globe.
