We are working alongside a new client in Ocean Isle Beach, NC on a complete renovation & STR launch of their new oceanfront condo. Here are just a few of the progress photos - we can’t wait to share completion updates & get this beauty ready for STR launch by end of March! We are finalizing furniture, decor, bedding, amenities and supplies and prepping for the on-site setup process —one of our favorite hands-on parts of launching a new STR in partnership with our clients.

When we first took over this property, we quickly realized our sweet client’s previous management company had unfortunately neglected it, and it needed major attention.
