We've been doing a lot of track replacements lately... which usually means somebody found a stump, a rock, or "that thing that definitely wasn't there yesterday." Coupled with, "...the tracks looked like that when I got it, bro." 😅

Since we're getting so much practice, we figured we might as well film one.

⏱️ Before you hit play, take your best guess: How long do you think it takes to replace both tracks on a John Deere 333G skid steer? Drop your estimate in the comments!

UPDATE: Nobody panic… the gravel is staying put. 😄

We’ve realized our April 1st announcement caused a little more excitement (and mild chaos) than expected. While we truly appreciate the enthusiasm—calls, texts, surprise run-ins at school drop-off, realtors ready to list our property and folks ready to haul away half the yard—we should probably come clean:

👉 We are NOT moving to Texas.
👉 The yard is NOT being sold off.
👉 And sadly, there is NO “take everything literally for pennies” sale happening.
✈️Apologies to our Texas family - we promise to visit you soon!

Turns out our joke was… a little too believable. That’s on us. 🤠

We love this weather... I mean, community way too much to leave, and we’re planning to stick around—continuing to supply your equipment rental, gravel, sand, and “definitely just a rock” needs right here.

That said… if anyone does want to buy the entire yard at full price, we’re willing to listen. 😉
