From movement and mindfulness to creativity, flow arts, healing, hands-on experiences and sauna, Evolution of Souls will not disappoint.

Whether you're looking to learn a new skill, reconnect with yourself, or simply try something unexpected, there's something waiting for you.

Weekend sauna passes available as an add-on in ticket flow or at the door.

🕑 Sauna Hours
Friday: 1:00pm to 4:00 PM
Saturday: 9:00 AM to 4:00 PM
Sunday: 9:00 AM to 1:00 PM

• Clothing optional (swimsuits welcome)
• A towel to sit on is REQUIRED

I detail the interior between each use because a clean sauna is a sacred sauna.

I love seeing smudge marks on the glass, wood chips on the floor and ashes in the stove tray. These are signs of a solid sauna sesh shared with friends and loved ones.

This isn’t work for me, it’s part of the ritual that lets me relive those moments and clear the space for more beautiful (and clean) sessions to be had! 💗

Shoutout to for supplying nontoxic, refillable cleaning supplies 😘

After building my own sauna at my house, I knew I wanted more people to experience this form of care. Not as a destination, but as an integral part of life…right where you are 🏠.
