This month, I have ridden 201.3km in the Great Cycle Challenge to fight kids' cancer...

And my challenge ENDS ON MONDAY.

Right now, cancer is the largest killer of children from disease in Canada - 4 children die every week.

Kids should be living life, not fighting for it.

Sunny, sunny, sunny!!! Another perfect riding/running day for Dax and me. We went a little further this morning and stopped to take selfies and have several water breakers. Starting to ride our last few kms to reach 500 in this month. Getting down to the wire!! How exciting!! 😁🐕‍🦺🌞🌞🌞

18’C this morning!! No humidity and a light breeze - Daxy and I both loved our ride/run. The Canadian geese were out in full force. Fortunately Dax and I have a very long established working relationship with our TVP geese. They all moved over quietly for us as we rode by and on the way back they stood at attention on the hill we think in solidarity of our purpose to raise donations for kids cancer treatments as we went by. Ha!! ❤️❤️ 140 kms done - 60kms left to ride!! Have raised $393 of $500 👍

Today I’m Starting to feel the pressure- will I be able to get all my rides in to meet my 200 km goal? Will I be able to raise enough donations to meet my $500 goal??? I’m so close on both these goals- as of today I have 68 km left to ride and $107 left to raise!!! Second ride of the day!! Whew!! Really enjoyed the cooling station near Springbank community centre!! Took a video of Western University’s Banana Kingdom!! Daxy stayed home for this ride.
