AI can make any condo look incredible now. Perfect light, perfect angles, a Gulf view bluer than the actual Gulf. You show up and the "spacious balcony" fits two chairs sideways.

Photos can be faked. Reviews can't.

Snowbirds, this one's for you. 🌴

We've got two Gulf-front condos here in Orange Beach, and after this
past week we're down to two open windows for winter 2027:

☀️Coastal Comfort OB (Phoenix VI) — January 1 through February 6
☀️ Island Pass OB (Phoenix VII) — January 9 through February 28

And here's the part most places won't do: you don't have to take the
whole month. Our minimum is 14 nights. Two weeks, three weeks, six
weeks — whatever actually fits your winter. Almost everyone down here
locks you into 28 or 30 days minimum. We never understood that.

Both units are 3 bedroom / 2 bath, right on the Gulf, sleeping up to
10. Full kitchen, in-unit laundry, room for company when the kids
come down.

123 reviews across Airbnb and VRBO between the two units. Every one of them five stars. We haven't found another host in Orange Beach
who can say that.

February at Coastal Comfort is already spoken for. This is what's
left before spring.

Quick heads up for anyone thinking about one more beach trip this year 🌅

We just looked at the calendar for both of our Gulf-front condos at Phoenix Resort in Orange Beach, and there are still a few open windows in August and September — honestly the best two months here. Warm water, smaller crowds, easy restaurant reservations, and sunsets that don't quit.

🎸 Sandstock at the Flora-Bama — Aug 8. A '60s beach party with live music all day.

🐂 Bulls on the Beach — Sep 10–12. Yes, actual bull riding ON the sand at the Flora-Bama. You have to see it once.

🏊 Alabama Coastal Triathlon — Sep 12. Athletes swim the Gulf, bike the coast, run the white sand.

🇺🇸 Freedom Fest at The Wharf — Sep 19. Classic cars, live music, military appreciation.

🚙 Gulf of America Jeep Fest — Sep 24–27 at The Hangout. Brand new event this year.

🍤 National Shrimp Festival — Oct 8–11. The big one. Four days of fresh Gulf seafood, live music, and coastal art on the Gulf Shores beach — right when a lot of schools are on fall break.

And the water? Still warm through October, with no summer crowds.
