Sometimes I love a vacation where I'm up early, going from one attraction to the next, and trying to squeeze in as much as possible.

And sometimes?

I want a beach chair, a beautiful ocean view and absolutely nowhere I HAVE to be.

That's one of the things I love about travel. There isn't just one way to enjoy a vacation.

After all the excitement of my recent trips, I can definitely appreciate the appeal of a quiet, relaxing getaway!

A beautiful adults-only all-inclusive resort sounds pretty good right about now.

What kind of vacation are you craving lately?

🍂 Is it just me, or does this chilly fall weather make you want to start planning a warm, sunny getaway? ☀️🌴

One thing I was reminded of during my recent trip to Indiana for the Magical Vacation Planner Experience is just how much there is to learn in this business!

I've been a Travel Advisor since 2017, and I STILL come home from events like this with new information, new ideas and things I want to look into further. 😂

And honestly, I love that.

Travel is constantly changing. There's always something new happening with resorts, cruise lines, destinations and the way people vacation.

Getting together with other Travel Advisors and people in the travel industry is a great reminder that none of us knows everything.

But we can keep learning!

And the more I learn, the better I can help the people who trust me with their vacations.

Plus, we managed to have quite a bit of fun along the way! ❤️

Six people, one suite, and a first Disney adventure ahead!

The A family is heading to Walt Disney World and staying in a Family Suite at Disney’s All Star Music Resort! Their trip will include Disney park days, Kennedy Space Center, and some beach time. What a fun mix of adventures!

Four countries, nine days, and one incredible European adventure! 🇭🇺🇦🇹🇨🇿🇩🇪

I've recently been working with the T family on their next European vacation, and I'm excited that we've officially booked their Globus Imperial Escape with Berlin tour! ❤️

This guided vacation takes them through Budapest, Vienna, Prague and Berlin, with beautiful architecture, fascinating history and some incredible sightseeing along the way.

But there's a little more to this booking than simply choosing a tour.

The T family had travel credits from a previously canceled Globus vacation, so part of my job was helping them navigate those credits, working with Globus to get them applied to their new reservation and making sure everything was in place for their next adventure.

And that's something I think people don't always realize about working with a Travel Advisor.

My job doesn't necessarily end when a vacation is booked. Sometimes plans change, questions come up or there's a little extra coordination involved. Having someone familiar with the process who can help work through those details can make a real difference.

I'm so happy we were able to turn those travel credits into another opportunity to explore Europe!
