Official Statement from Society One Music:
At this time the group Vergyn is not a group. Due to business not being right a major situation was missed. We let things slide but when money is lost we cant turn a blind eye no more. We are sorry for those who were following them but if anything from a social media is presented with the name Vergyn, which is owned by Society Entertainment, or the members of the project attempting to form a group under another name or any company attempting to work with them will be subjected to legal action. All those who were part of the Vergyn Project are all still legally signed to Society Entertainment and we have sole right to their music, image and distribution. We have never put out an official statement before but due to circumstances out of our control, we felt we needed to. For years we have had a vision for Vergyn and will not let that vision be waved.
