One surprising benefit of doing paranormal investigations for so long is going through the days when we'd have to run wires everywhere for our dvr cameras before we went wireless. They'd have to be done in such a way to where they weren't a safety hazzard and going to be tripped on our pulled.

Those skills come in handy when having to run multiple extension cord through the house so no one trips on them during a power outage when your neighbors are gracious enough to let you run a cord from their generator to the fridge and a couple of fans through the night.

It's almost a work of art.
