Local man rents a trailer for a “quick 30-minute project.”

Witnesses report he then:

✔ Bought lumber he didn’t need

✔ Picked up a Facebook Marketplace deal 40 miles away

✔ Hauled off a pile of junk that’s been in the

When questioned, he replied:

Sunday Funday… trailer rental edition. 😅

Here’s a little glimpse behind the scenes.

We do everything we can to stay ahead of problems — regular maintenance, detailed service records, inspections, upgrading equipment every few years — but every once in awhile equipment decides it has plans of its own.

Early Sunday morning customer calls with a broken leaf spring bracket issue. Of course it happens on a Sunday when every repair shop suddenly forgets how to answer a phone. 😂

Customer also had a flight to catch the next morning, so time was not on our side. We made a game plan, customer dropped the trailer, we made the drive to recover it, brought it back to home base for repairs, and kept all of the customer’s belongings secured safely inside the trailer in the meantime.

One thing about us — we never leave a customer hanging. Problems happen, but we’ll always do everything we can to get things handled and keep our customers taken care of. 💪

One question we get asked all the time at GKW Trailer Rentals is:

“How are the tires on the trailer?”
“Are the tires in good condition?”
“Does it come with a spare?”

And our answer is always the same — we take trailer tires seriously.

All of our trailers are equipped with heavy-duty tires that are maintained and ready for the road ahead. Whether you’re hauling equipment across town or taking a long trip around the country, we want every customer leaving with confidence and peace of mind. And yes, our trailers come with spare tires as well.

With that being said, we’re excited to officially announce that GKW Tire Service Co. LLC is now authorized to sell trailer tires to the public and offer installation by appointment. 🔥

Our current focus will be:
• Trailer tire sales
• Trailer tire installs
• Heavy-duty trailer tire options

We will also now be offering auto tires and semi tires for sale as well, although installs for those will not be available at this time.
