One thing I want every guest to know when they book with us at Surfside Haven: if something goes wrong, we're going to do everything we can to make it right!
This week, our air conditioner unexpectedly went out during a guest's stay. While we can't always prevent things from breaking, we CAN control how we respond. We acted quickly, communicated openly, and made sure our guests were treated fairly.
Families save money, use valuable vacation time, and spend months looking forward to making memories together. When you choose our condo, you're trusting us with that time and we don't take that lightly.
Our goal has always been to provide not only a clean, comfortable place to stay but also the peace of mind that if an issue arises, we'll be there to help make it right.
