Love Family...there's a light inside our business that was passed down from a generation of women...these women.

That's Lizzie in the center surrounded by a legacy of love from her mother, aunties, sisters & grandmothers.

That light has been passed into me. A light that may have flickered, but never went out. A light that has been attacked & challenged, but has remained undeniable. A light that is felt in everything connected to me. A light that I was born with that now lives inside of my two daughters.

This is more that a cake company. It's generations of light and love that you get to experience in each bite, each baking workshop and in each story shared.

Love Family...This is more than a class, it’s a love story you can taste.

Join us for the Love Baked In Baking Workshop on October 24, 2026, and spend an afternoon baking, connecting, storytelling, and celebrating the recipes that bring generations together.

At this hands-on experience, we’ll create mini pound cake Love Bites inspired by Viola C. Redding-Baggett favorite flavors. You’ll learn baking tips, make sweet memories, and leave with a recipe card, a mini Love Cake to take home, special favors from local small businesses Irv’s Ice Cream Top Philly Cupcakery/Bakery and the chance to win a heart-shaped cake raffle prize.

Come for the baking. Stay for the stories, community, and the love baked into every bite. 💛

Love Family. This is Lizzie. My mother. As you can see, we had a ball together💛 I spent 32 years of my life learning from her, being protected by her, bickering with her, being inspired by her, being prayed over by her, laughing with her, being loved by her, I could go on and on and on.

On this 14th anniversary of her passing, my mom was right. She would say, you'll miss me when I'm gone. Even in that statement she was teaching me.

In her wisdom, she understood what it meant to live with loss. And, she sure did live. My commitment to her legacy, to my husband, to my children & importantly, to myself, is that I will live.

I will be silly.
I will create.
I will be kind.
I will spread joy.
I will remain faithful.
I will love💛
